PSA- Saturday Morning Basketball Change
The morning games will be flipped for this day,
the 4th -6th grade teams will play at 8:30AM
and the 2nd-3rd grade teams will start at 9:45 AM
Good Afternoon Lake Hawks - The WGCSD Stadium Complex will be closed for ALL use from 2.5 through 2.9 for maintenance, upgrades, and repair. This includes the track facilities, Alumni Field, and ALL surrounding grounds. #WGProud

Exciting activities are happening with buddy classes at WGES! This week, Ms. Titus' and Mrs. Stansfield's classes read together, rode the bus to the field trip, and watched a play at the Clemens Center. We are #WGProud of the friendships our students are making with their buddy classes! #SOARLakeHawks
GUESS WHAT IS OPEN FOR REGISTRATION!
Clay Target Shooting will be our first Final Forms open registration for spring sports starting tomorrow, February 1st.
This is a Co-Ed and combined sport with Odessa Montour & Watkins Glen. Students' 7th-12th grade are eligible to register and must be at least 12 years old to participate. Students will need to provide their own shotgun and transportation to practices at the Millport Hunting & fishing Club.
We will be hosting an informational evening on Monday, February 12th for new interest that would like to join the club. Time will be 6-7pm in the High School Cafeteria
Students will need to get signed up first through Final Forms by their parent/guardian. All forms both for parents and students need to be green, meaning they have all been signed.
Next, they will need to get registered through the annual NYS Clay Target League

The fee for the registration is $40
Students will be required to have the Hunter Safety Course in order to participate by the first day of practice.

WGHS Juniors will be taking the ASVAB on Wednesday, January 31st.
The ASVAB measures aptitude and acquired skills which can be used to help predict future academic and occupational success. ASVAB scores give students insight into their options and aid them in planning their next step after high school.
Tonight's Lady Lake Hawks matchup is the Newark Valley Cardinals.
