At Watkins Glen Elementary School

UPK is a New York State funded program specifically designed for 4-year-olds. Each year the Watkins Glen Central School District invites eligible children who reside in the district to apply.

Your child is eligible for UPK for the following school year if they will be 4 years old on or before December 1.
